Location: Nelson, British Columbia
The Store Manager provides direct supervision for a team of 5-15 employees and supervises all aspects of store operations. They ensure that their teams provide exceptional experiences while offering the most entertainment possible to our guests.
Management Responsibilities:
-Recruits top talent
-Trains and develops store employees
-Recognizes employees for great performances and communicates honest feedback
-Maintains financial controls including shrink, labor and operating expenses
-Develops a Neighborhood Marketing plan to drive business
-Responsible for compliance with all state and federal laws
-Coaches and counsels store employees
-Ensures that store employees adhere to the company’s “Must See Behaviors”
The successful Store Manager candidate will have:
-2-4 years of management experience and a minimum of 1-2 years in retail or restaurant management
-Success with recruiting and selecting high-caliber talent
-Developed a team that provides the customer with exceptional experiences
-Passion for building relationships and serving others
-Proven experience maximizing sales and productivity
-Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
-The ability to work a flexible schedule
